The American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS) for HEALTHCARE PROVIDER training reinforces healthcare professionals’ understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, performing basic steps CPR, relieving choking, using an AED, and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival.
The instructor was enthusiastic and very easy
to follow. He made the class fun without down
playing the importance of the topic. He provided many real-life examples that made the
class interesting. He was very courteous, extremely organized and seemed truly concerned that
every participant performed the procedures properly. There was more
than enough equipment for each student
to have their own mannequins and all equipment was
in good repair. The facilities were bright and clean. An excellent
class!

This was one of the best CPR classes that I have taken. The instructor recognized
that much of the information was a review for us and did his best to present the material in an efficient and
entertaining way without compromising
quality or rigor. The models were clean and well maintained. Excellent combination of lecture,
video, and hands-on practice.

Outstanding course with the most updated information.
It's true, if you don't use it, you loose it, well I forgot
some things and this course brought it all back. Love the idea of
e-mailing to remind us steps of CPR. Now I won't forget!

I was dreading being here for 4hrs but the class & instructor were
so entertaining that I really enjoyed my time.
